LIMITED QUANTITY PLACARDS
Limited quantity placards (technically called Limited Quantity Marks) are used to identify shipments of hazardous materials in small inner packagings that qualify for certain regulatory exemptions. While standard packages use a smaller label, transport units like trucks and shipping containers must display an enlarged version, often referred to as a Limited Quantity Placard, when carrying specific thresholds of these goods.
